Frequently asked questions

Orders and delivery

Absolutely! In fact, most of our customers are businesses, both large and small. Just get in touch and we'll sort out any of the usual invoicing options and arrange smooth delivery straight to you.

Since every lamp is made by hand and painted by our fantastic finishing partner in Gothenburg, production takes a little time. As a rule, you should expect a delivery time of around 4 weeks. Lamps for larger projects may of course take longer, but get in touch and we'll put together a schedule.

We use Klarna to handle all payments on our website, but for businesses we of course also offer invoicing, by both e-invoice and regular invoice.

Returns and exchanges

Standard products

All standard products that have not been personalised in any way can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, or the item can be dropped off with us in Jonsered

Personalised products

Products that have been personalised in any way, and therefore cannot be resold, cannot be returned.

All products are covered by the right to make a complaint, whether personalised or not. This applies only to damage that can be shown to have occurred before or during delivery, or if the item differs from the descriptions previously provided.

We also offer gift cards – the perfect present for anyone who loves our products. All gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
